A bright spark erupts from the cosmic armor.
Ben growls.
Ben:
"Tch… you're fast."
Before Nusjuro can reposition, Ultimate Way Big swings a massive Cosmic Blade downward.
The strike tears through the ground and sends a shockwave across the ruins.
Nusjuro leaps back, narrowly avoiding the blow.
He lands on a shattered structure and immediately lunges again.
This time, Ultimate Way Big catches the blade with one hand.
The force shakes the island.
Ben:
"Got you."
With his free arm, he launches a devastating punch.
Nusjuro blocks with his sword, but the impact sends him flying across the battlefield.
He skids back, then quickly recovers.
Nusjuro:
"Impressive."
Ultimate Way Big's chest glows.
Ben begins charging a Cosmic Ray.
The duel has reached its dangerous middle phase, with both sides now fully serious.
Screen 2 — The Broadcast Changes the Duel
Across the world, Den Den Mushi screens suddenly light up.
The pre-recorded voice of Dr. Vegapunk begins broadcasting.
His message reveals terrifying truths:
the existence of the Void Century
Joy Boy as the first pirate
a warning that the world is destined to sink into the sea due to artificial causes
The moment these words spread, the atmosphere on Egghead Island changes.
The Five Elders become visibly enraged.
Far across the island, Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro hears the message.
His expression darkens.
The fury in his eyes becomes unmistakable.
Nusjuro:
"Unforgivable."
His rage spikes.
Now the duel against Way Big intensifies.

Their attention shifts toward the ancient Emeth, which is now defending the transmission source against World Government forces.
That moment of divided focus changes the duel.

On the ruined battlefield, Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro makes one final furious charge.
His blade flashes upward in a devastating slash aimed at Way Big in Ultimate form.
Ben braces.
Then his chest core begins to glow.
Ben:
"This ends here!"
Ultimate Way Big unleashes a full-force Cosmic Ray at point-blank range.
The beam crashes directly into Nusjuro and engulfs the battlefield in light.
A massive explosion erupts.
Smoke and debris cover everything.
For a moment, nothing is visible.
When the smoke clears, Nusjuro is forced backward, separated from Ben and pushed toward the area where the other Elders are moving to intercept Emeth.
Ben takes a heavy breath.
Ben:
"…Not defeated. Just pushed back."
The duel ends not with a clean victory, but with Ben successfully forcing Nusjuro away from the escape route and toward the broadcast crisis.
That works well because it keeps the Elder threatening while still giving Ben a strong end to the duel.
Screen 4 — The Broadcast Comes First
The light from the Cosmic Ray fades.
Across the ruined battlefield of Egghead Island, Way Big in Ultimate form begins to power down.
Green light ripples across the giant body.
The massive cosmic frame shrinks.
Within moments, Ben returns to normal.
He drops to one knee, breathing hard.
Ben:
"…That took way too much."
Before he can fully recover, Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro suddenly reappears through the smoke.
His blade is already raised.
Nusjuro:
"You have delayed me long enough."
Ben's eyes widen.
He tries to stand.
But then—
A voice echoes across the island.
The entire battlefield pauses.
It is Dr. Vegapunk's broadcast continuing to play.
The message about the Void Century and the world sinking grows louder.
Nusjuro's eyes shift away from Ben.
For a split second, the Elder hesitates.
The broadcast matters more.
Nusjuro turns sharply toward the source.
Nusjuro:
"The transmission comes first."
Instead of finishing Ben, he redirects himself toward stopping the message.
Ben, still exhausted on the ground, looks up.
Ben:
"…He left."
He immediately realizes how important the message must be if even an Elder abandons a fight to silence it.
This is a really good transition scene because it keeps Ben alive naturally and raises the importance of the broadcast.
Screen 5 — Escape from Egghead
The battle reaches its breaking point on Egghead Island.
The Straw Hat Pirates, with help from Dorry and Brogy, fight desperately toward the coast.
Cannons roar from the Marine fleet.
The Five Elders and government forces continue closing in.
Meanwhile, Vegapunk Edison makes a final decision.
He stays behind and sacrifices himself to open the escape route and buy time for the crew.
The path to the Thousand Sunny finally clears.

Ben sees the Sunny in the distance.
His Omnitrix suddenly glows bright green.
Ben:
"Perfect timing."
He slams the dial.
"XLR8!"
A flash of green light erupts.
Ben transforms into XLR8 and instantly becomes a blur of motion.
He races across the shattered pathways of Egghead at incredible speed, dodging falling debris and laser fire.
In seconds, he reaches the Thousand Sunny.
XLR8:
"Sunny secured!"
He turns back toward the battlefield, ready to help the others board.
This is a great use of XLR8 because it fits the escape phase perfectly.
Screen 6 — Ultimate Humungousaur vs the Five Elders
Just as the crew moves toward the Thousand Sunny, the escape route is cut off.
The monstrous forms of the Five Elders descend again.
At the front stand:
Topman Warcury
Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro
Their presence alone makes the air feel heavy.
The Straw Hats stop.
For a moment, it seems the path is closed.
Then Ben steps forward.
He slams the Omnitrix.
Green light bursts outward.
"ULTIMATE HUMUNGOUSAUR!"
A towering armored beast appears, muscles expanded, body covered in evolved plating and glowing green lines.
The ground cracks beneath every step.
Ben roars.
Ben:
"You're not stopping them!"
Warcury charges first with overwhelming force.
Ultimate Humungousaur meets him head-on.
The two collide with a thunderous impact that shakes the coast.
At the same time, Nusjuro flashes in from the side with a blade strike.
Ben turns and blocks with his armored forearm.
Sparks and shockwaves burst across the battlefield.
Behind him, the Straw Hats continue moving toward the Sunny.
This fight is now less about winning and more about holding back the Five Elders long enough for everyone to escape.
Screen 7 — Ben's Reaction at the Climax
The coast of Egghead Island is pure chaos.
The Straw Hat Pirates rush to protect the Thousand Sunny as the ship prepares to depart.
Cannons thunder from the sea.
The Five Elders continue pressing forward.
Then—
Topman Warcury unleashes a devastating attack on Emeth.
The ancient robot is blasted backward.
It crashes into the ocean below.
The broadcast suddenly cuts out.
Silence.
The truth about the Will of D. remains unfinished.

Still in Ultimate Humungousaur form, Ben freezes for a moment.
His fists tighten.
Ben:
"…No."
He had realized how important the message was.
Not just for Egghead.
For the whole world.
Ben slams one fist into the ground in frustration.
Ben:
"He cut it off…"
There's anger in his voice, but also a sense of helplessness.
He looks toward the sea where Emeth vanished.
Ben:
"We were so close."
Then his expression hardens.
He turns back toward the crew and the Sunny.
Ben:
"Forget the message right now. We get everyone out first."
