This seems to be a power only available after the Mag-Mag Fruit awakens, turning the whole earth into magma, compressing it to the utmost before explosively releasing it all at once.
Both the destructive power and quantity clearly surpass Meteor Volcano.

In the original, Akainu rarely used his full strength, so he never saw this move.
Meteor Volcano can be taken head-on with the body—dozens at once would be no problem—but this one can't be underestimated, must punch through to open a path!
