"Don't get too carried away, Cell." Piccolo clenched his fists, his anger beginning to rise.
With a sudden explosion of energy, Piccolo charged at Cell without holding back.
At this moment, there could be no reservations—Piccolo didn't know how strong Cell had become, or whether his power now surpassed his own.
Facing the rushing Piccolo, Cell remained calm. He opened his arms and released his full power.
Cell knew Piccolo was strong.
If he had not evolved into a perfect form, he would probably have underestimated Piccolo's true strength.
Seeing Piccolo attacking with everything he had, Cell was impressed.
This version of Piccolo wielded at least 70% of the power of Cell's perfect form.
Although Cell spoke arrogantly, he did not dare underestimate Piccolo.

Piccolo, constantly attacking, sighed. "Cell, I never expected absorbing No. 18 would boost your combat power so much."
"Haha!" Cell sneered while defending. "I should be the one surprised, Piccolo. You're incredibly strong! My defeat before wasn't unfair at all."
After seeing Piccolo's full strength, Cell was no longer surprised at his previous defeat.
Piccolo hadn't used his true power then.
Now, to match Piccolo's strength, Cell had to use roughly 70% of his full power. That alone showed how formidable Piccolo was.
Piccolo was annoyed at Cell's words. He knew Cell was deliberately taunting him.
And he could sense that Cell still had hidden strength. Piccolo had once hoped to defeat Perfect Form Cell—but now it seemed impossible.
Even with his full power unleashed, he couldn't gain the advantage.

Cell smiled. "Piccolo, you seem to have realized something?"
"Tsk." Piccolo's response was a low grunt.
He guessed that Cell had discovered Piccolo's strength might be superior to his.
No. 16's eyes flashed across his data screens. "It's terrifying! Perfect Form Cell is so strong even I can't calculate his exact power."
"It seems Piccolo might lose," No. 16 commented grimly. From the data, it was clear: Piccolo's chances were almost zero.
Piccolo was fighting with all his strength, yet Cell appeared calm. That alone showed Cell's combat ability surpassed Piccolo's.
During the fight, Cell taunted, "Out of tricks, Piccolo? Or is this the limit of your strength?"
"Damn it, Cell! Don't get arrogant. Even a perfect form doesn't make you unbeatable," Piccolo growled.
Cell laughed, sarcastically, "Oh really? Who could possibly stop me? Piccolo, are you talking about Goku?"
"Then why hasn't Goku shown up yet?" Cell mocked.
Piccolo ignored the ridicule and focused entirely on the battle.
