Hanchu suddenly shoved Saigid forward, pushing him directly toward the prison warden.
The movement looked deliberate, almost theatrical.

That was the moment Saigid moved.
He lunged forward and grabbed the warden by the collar.

The warden's body stiffened.
Saigid's grip tightened — and then his strength gave out.

His breathing turned uneven.
Hanchu looked down at the warden and spoke quietly.

The warden did not answer. He simply stood there, silent, staring forward as if the question meant nothing.
Hanchu glanced down at Saigid.
Saigid, still on the ground and struggling to steady his breathing, gave a weak nod.
The warden turned.
Without a word he began walking down the corridor, silently guiding Hanchu through the prison.
Behind them, Saigid remained on the floor for a moment longer, pressing his hand against the stone as he tried to gather enough strength to stand. Blood still ran slowly from his nose as the world around him spun.
