Marketing has always followed two lines, but because self-media was not well-developed in the past, most people had limited access to external information, so that apparent line, which is the traditional media, was very popular then.
But now everyone is a self-media, and the main line is almost useless, as the public is highly immune to ads, even to the extent of hating all types of direct advertising.
