When Itachi approached Shisui, he was just in the village taking students on a mission.
Uchiha Shisui spoke, "Itachi, what's the matter? If it's about training, I might not have time recently, I'm planning to take a mission outside the village tomorrow."

After chatting for a while, Uchiha Shisui noticed his students had completed their mission, so he called them to prepare to return together.
As the five of them returned through Konoha Village's gate, they happened to see Danzo sweeping the ground, still controlled by an Illusion Technique and having no consciousness at all.
Uchiha Shisui suddenly stopped, walked over to Danzo, and used the Three-Tomoe Sharingan to release the Illusion Technique on him.
After a dozen minutes, Danzo slowly regained consciousness, muttering in confusion, "Old... old man, what is this...."
"Old thief!"
Uchiha Shisui kicked Danzo down, causing him to roll on the ground a few times before once more planting an Illusion Technique on Danzo using the Sharingan.
After doing this, Uchiha Shisui turned to leave.
Seeing the unusual look in Itachi's eyes, Uchiha Shisui coughed and said, "Couldn't resist against this despicable guy for a moment..." After all, he was the one who had forced "himself" to death in another timeline, and this Danzo had also done many bad things, truly a born scoundrel.

Seeing the Plow, Uchiha Yoichi understood, she truly was his daughter, close to being an Otsutsuki purely by Bloodline.

Senju Yoko thought for a moment and said, "Uncle Nawaki didn't use the Genetic Transformation Potion, and after I was born, Mom injected me with it."
