Uchiha Yoichi said with a very serious expression. Over the millennia, he quickly figured out Kaguya. Although this woman is incredibly powerful, she is woefully inexperienced and easily deceived.
Dividing the Chakra into two parts was initially intended to reclaim it later. However, after Otsutsuki Hagoromo and Otsutsuki Hamura grew up, it seemed she forgot about this and only relied on White Zetsu to counter the Otsutsuki.
Frankly, she was simply naive; her near-invincible strength in the Ninja World made her two children easily swayed by a toad.

Otsutsuki Isshiki had two abilities: Sukunahikona and Mahakala. If he used Sukunahikona to shrink himself, followed by Space-Time Teleportation to escape from the Ten-tails' mouth... Otsutsuki Kaguya clenched her fist slightly. In that scenario, Isshiki might indeed still be alive, which would explain why the Divine Tree Fruit isn't pure.
Also, Otsutsuki Isshiki had the Wedge. Kaguya recalled that Isshiki had never used the Wedge before, so he might have really escaped.
If Otsutsuki Isshiki used the Wedge Rebirth, he might gradually recover.
If the Otsutsuki Race found out that she, the Guardian, ambushed the one she was supposed to guard, there would certainly be other Otsutsuki hunting her down, perhaps five or even ten pursuers...
Although they might not favor Otsutsuki Isshiki, they had no reason to show restraint towards Kaguya for breaking Otsutsuki rules. They wouldn't stop until she was dead.
"I can help you!"
Uchiha Yoichi suddenly declared.
