Little Changqing was overjoyed, then went home with his mother. On the way, he obediently helped Shangguan Shengxian carry things.
Mother and son returned to the alley and then went home.
"Wife, are you back?"
In the simple courtyard, under the eaves, lay an old blind man with hair and beard white as snow. He couldn't even sit up as he weakly asked.
"Dad, today Mom bought a lot of delicious things!"
Little Changqing excitedly ran over, picked up a nearby palm fan to fan the old man, then picked up a piece of stinky tofu and placed it in the old man's mouth, saying: "Dad, is it tasty?"
The old blind man chuckled, "Delicious, very... cough cough... cough cough..."
He started coughing weakly, and Shangguan Shengxian came over, saying, "Changqing, help Mommy wash the vegetables. I'll take your dad to drink his medicine."
"Okay."
