A flick of a finger, a millennium passes.
Northern Territory, Jade Dragon Pass.
A fierce snowstorm rages, sweeping across the land, rendering heaven and earth a vast expanse of pale white.
The violent wind carries snowflakes, whipping against the city walls with a woeful sound. Outside the pass, for a thousand miles there is ice, a myriad of snowflakes fluttering—all is silent and deadly.
On the city wall, an old soldier clad in heavy armor tightens his gear, bracing against the wind and snow as he patrols.
Suddenly, he halts, his murky eyes widening with a start, gazing toward the horizon.
"What... what is that?"
The old soldier's voice trembles as he extends a shaking finger towards the depths of the clouds.
In the far distance, a mighty force tears open a great rift in the wind and snow, and a gigantic shadow rapidly approaches.
"Hmm?"
A large general stationed at the pass leaps to the city wall upon hearing the sound.
