The words fell.
A man in a blue robe, with silver cloud threads embroidered on the collar and sleeves, swaggered over.
Behind him, five men and women followed.
These people surrounded the man in blue, constantly flattering him.
The man felt quite pleased with the praise, almost floating with pride.
"Old Lin. I'm covering these five people, Qing Lie. Let them test first as a formality." The man in blue casually said to the elder guarding the Spirit Testing Stele.
Old Lin was taken aback but dared not show any dissatisfaction.
"Yes." Qing Lin waved his hand: "You all step back a bit. Wait until they are done testing, then it's your turn."
The people in line glanced fearfully at Qing Lie, with no one daring to object, and silently moved back, making way for those five people.
"Thank you, Young Master Lie!" The five people thanked him repeatedly and swaggered to the front of the line.
"Come, now place your hands on the Spirit Testing Stele." Qing Lin said with a full smile.
