Although the patient hasn't shown obvious joint muscle symptoms or severe liver and kidney damage, they've experienced reduced platelets, systemic hemolysis, and some initial skin damage. So I suspect there's a high possibility of lupus. At the very least, it's worth further examination."

When you consider the patient's increased bone temperature, blisters on the back of the calves, along with hemolysis, persistent high fever, severe headaches, and unexplained decreased platelets, it makes sense.

The only disease that comes to mind is the notorious lupus.

It's an immune system disease.

It presents with a variety of symptoms, often causing doctors to misdiagnose or be puzzled during diagnosis.

If tuberculosis is easily misdiagnosed and missed, then this disease often leaves doctors completely at a loss.

"Hearing you say that, it seems to make some sense. I'll immediately order a skin biopsy for the patient."
