"You want to go out for a stroll?"
Zhang Su nodded happily and said, "We're just short of people for external tasks. You'll lead the team to bring back various machinery from the surrounding villages. Can you handle that task?"
It's not manpower that's lacking, but core members to lead the teams.
Transforming Chuhai River into a protective zone isn't a simple project. It's much larger in scale than building a city wall or anything like it. A large workforce is just the foundation; all available machinery must be put into use.
Previously, during the zombie clearing and resource gathering in nearby villages, we found quite a number of different machines. But due to transportation, energy, and other reasons, we didn't bring them back; wherever they were found, they stayed.
Now, with sufficient manpower and energy, we can bring back all the equipment we need.
"Alright, it's settled then. I'll take people out to find machinery. Lululu, time to sleep!"
