"Zhou Ming is right; we indeed don't have the capacity to wage a full-scale war against the Imperial Court yet."
Fengg Haitao said anxiously, "But, Master, the Dog Court's special envoy has arrived; we can't just sit and watch, can we?"
"Naturally." Zheng Yi's eyes narrowed slightly, "I called you here specifically because of this matter."
"Right now, I need someone to lead a team to wipe out the Imperial Court's special envoy and the troops, and then..."
Fengg Haitao's eyes suddenly lit up, "Raise the banner and establish a Rebel Army?"
However, Zheng Yi shook his head slowly, "No, after destroying the Imperial Court's troops, this squad will occupy a hill and turn to banditry, proclaiming themselves as the Mountain Bandit King."
The people in the room were all stunned, their mouths agape in disbelief.
"Master, this seems no different from rebellion, why go through this extra step?" Zhou Kunshan asked in perplexity.
