Inside the Seed Space, Ah Yin was instantly excited by the turn of the conversation. She felt a surge of energy, her thoughts racing as she considered the future. She wondered if Su Yan was really going to test her, the Blue Silver Emperor, with such a simple question. In her mind, the right question to ask was whether Tang Hao had left her a leg and if she was coming back to take it for herself.
Tang Yuehua noticed the shift in Ah Yin's tone and called out to her in the chat, sensing her distress. Ah Yin replied sharply, telling Yuehua that the person she once knew was already dead. She reminded everyone that it had been over twelve years since she sacrificed herself for her family.
For season after season, she had been trapped in a gloomy cave without seeing any sunlight, yet she had spent all that time worrying about Tang Hao and her son like a clown. She asked the group if they could imagine how ridiculous she felt now.
Liu Erlong reached out to offer support, telling Ah Yin that no matter what she decided to do, the group would stand behind her. Ma Xiaotao was confused and asked what her Old Ancestor Ah Yin was planning to do. Hu Liena simply suggested that she was going to blacken, or turn toward a darker path. Dugu Yan teased Ma Xiaotao, asking if she was scared that her ancestor was about to become an Evil Spirit Master.
Bibi Dong sat in the Supreme Pontiff Palace, her face suddenly showing a pleasant surprise. She laughed to herself, calling Su Yan a stubborn little bastard. She noted that even though he said he wouldn't join Spirit Hall, he was now helping her deal with Tang Hao. She was extremely happy in her heart. Hu Liena looked at her teacher strangely, wondering if Su Yan was only fighting Tang Hao because he couldn't stand the man either.
Bibi Dong sent a message to the chat, teasing Su Yan for being stubborn. She suggested that by fighting Tang Hao, he was basically joining Spirit Hall anyway. Qian Renxue, watching from the Crown Prince's Mansion, was filled with anger and amusement. she thought Bibi Dong was being incredibly narcissistic. She believed that if Su Yan was going to fight Tang Hao or join Spirit Hall, it would be because of her, not her mother.
Inside the carriage, the mood was more serious. Zhu Zhuqing and the others looked at Su Yan with concern. They remembered him saying that Tang Hao's Ring Explosion technique was very powerful. They asked if he wanted to call Bibi Dong for help.
Su Yan's expression turned cold as he asked if they expected him to avoid a challenge. He admitted that while Ring Explosion is a divine skill on the Douluo Continent, in the hands of someone like Tang Hao, it was just a standard use of power. He told them that besides being a Spirit Master, he was a peerless master of other arts.
Dugu Yan realized that when Su Yan fought her grandfather, Dugu Bo, he hadn't even used his true strength. Ye Lingling corrected her, saying that Su Yan hadn't even made a move during that fight. Zhu Zhuqing recalled how he had defeated three Spirit Masters who were much stronger than him with just a flick of his finger. She wondered if it was some kind of invisible sword energy.
Ning Rongrong was surprised and asked if Brother Su Yan could even use a sword. Xiao Wu added that she had never seen him practice any swordplay. Su Yan acted mysterious, explaining that his sword style was about having no moves and no physical sword, where his heart governed everything.
Ning Rongrong asked if his sword skills were more powerful than her Grandpa Sword's. Su Yan called Sword Douluo a "Cultural Douluo" and said that once he got a few more cheats, even that legendary sword would be nothing to him.
Ning Rongrong was bewildered, wondering why he called her grandfather cultured. Su Yan pointed out that Sword Douluo always likes to recite poetry when he fights. Ning Rongrong thought about it and nodded, agreeing that her grandfather really was a cultured person.
Su Yan then told Ah Yin to wait until they entered the Star Dou Great Forest. He warned her not to let hatred blind her eyes, telling her to enjoy getting her revenge without letting it consume her. Ah Yin said she understood. Bo Saixi complimented Su Yan for living such a clear and logical life. Bibi Dong agreed, saying he always loved to speak the truth.
Liu Erlong told Su Yan she was starting to like him more and more, though she quickly corrected herself to say she appreciated him. Hu Liena and Ning Rongrong immediately teased her, telling her to go find Tang Yuehua or stick to her spiritual romance. At Blue Tyrant Academy, Liu Erlong smiled coldly to herself, wondering why she couldn't fight to be the group leader's wife just like the others.
Su Yan continued the discussion about Ma Hongjun. He explained that since the man was not good-looking and had no power, he couldn't date many girls like Dai Mubai.
He also didn't have anyone like Ma Xiaotao has to help suppress his fire. Because of this, he spent his time in brothels. Su Yan added that Ma Hongjun was lewd and idle, and it wasn't just Tang San's fault that Bai Chenxiang didn't become a god; Ma Hongjun was also responsible.
He compared Ma Xiaotao to Liu Erlong, saying they had very similar tempers. Both women sent question marks in response. Bibi Dong teased Liu Erlong for being brave, but both Erlong and Xiaotao snapped back, calling Bibi Dong an old woman. Dugu Yan laughed at the exchange.
In the Speed Clan, Bai Chenxiang was upset. She didn't want to believe she would ever fall for someone like Ma Hongjun. She asked Su Yan to talk more about her future.
Xiao Wu called her naive, while Zhu Zhuqing guessed that she just wanted to know how to avoid her fate. Ma Xiaotao tried to defend her ancestor, suggesting he might have had a good character. Dugu Yan disagreed, listing all his bad traits again.
Ning Rongrong joked that the "blind Douluo" group had a new member in Ma Xiaotao. Liu Erlong argued that Ma Xiaotao wasn't truly blind and only defended him because he was her ancestor. Su Yan noted that their group was very picky about who they recruited. I Am a Little Bird said they should wait and see if Bai Chenxiang eventually joined the group too.
