"But…" Kenji hesitated. "What if he finds out about us?"
The room suddenly fell silent. Yui looked down at Kenji. His expression didn't look like he was joking.
"What do you mean by that?" Her voice tightened slightly. "Do you know something?"
"Don't be nervous," Kenji quickly shook his head. "I was just asking casually."
"Stop thinking about all that. The most important thing right now is to enjoy our vacation." Yui lifted Kenji's head, placed it gently on the bed, then stood up and walked back out to the balcony.
Kenji sat up, watching her silhouette against the balcony railing. The morning light cast a golden glow around her figure. The belt of her bathrobe was loosely tied, subtly outlining her slender waist.
Kenji threw off the quilt and got out of bed. Barefoot, he walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. "I'm sorry."
