"Eve, what are you thinking about?"
Wyatt noticed she seemed a bit distracted and couldn't help but ask.
"I'm thinking about getting a divorce."
Eve Sherman suddenly spoke.
"Didn't you say you weren't planning to divorce before? Why are you starting again now?"
"I have to divorce. If I don't, things will only pile up more later."
"What's going on? The other party hasn't even shown up, why would things get more complicated?"
Eve Sherman didn't plan to reveal Stellan Sutton's identity to Wyatt just yet.
Because now Wyatt isn't just a simple friend anymore.
He's also her business partner, and they have support from Hess Group.
She really doesn't know what he might do if he finds out.
Since she was reluctant to talk, Wyatt stopped asking.
"By the way, the contract from yesterday will probably be invalid."
Eve Sherman suddenly remembered it, her gaze dimmed further.
"Why?"
Wyatt widened his eyes in confusion, "Didn't you say everything was going smoothly?"
