Eve Sherman was baffled upon hearing this.
"Why would he call me?"
"I don't know, I didn't ask. Maybe you should call him back in a bit."
Eve picked up her phone and glanced at it, her brow furrowing.
"No need to call back. I don't think there's anything between us that requires a phone call."
"He just mentioned that your brother is having dinner with him."
"My brother? Caleb?"
Stellan Sutton shook his head, "I didn't ask, after all, it's not directed at me."
Eve pondered for a while before realizing it couldn't be Caleb, only Hugo Shaw would have the opportunity to dine with someone as flamboyant as Finn Sterling.
That has even less to do with her.
With that thought, she put down her phone, "I'll still not call back; I'm not interested in the matter."
Stellan felt a bit happy hearing her say that.
But only for a moment; he returned to his usual expression, "If you're tired, you can rest first. I've got quite a bit to handle recently."
