"Is there a potion?" Lexel asked again, his voice flat and focused.
Lulu tilted her head back against the wall, looking up at the wooden ceiling beams.
"Of course, there's always the Elixir—the absolute cure-all," Lulu explained, counting off on her fingers. "But that thing is basically a stuff of pure legend. Some alchemists say it's impossible to concoct through normal mortal means... that only Nature herself, or Aether, can brew it."
She lowered one finger. "The other direct cure is the Goddess Tear potion. But it only works if administered during the early stages. At this point... even if you managed to get a Goddess Tear, it would only stop the [Paraquat] from spreading. Her body is so broken from decades of internal damage that she would only survive for a very short time afterward."
Lexel's jaw tightened. "What about magic? High-tier restoration spells?"
