"Come on!"
Facing the two alien thugs, Feedback showed no fear at all.
His figure flickered, turning into a streak of lightning as he vanished from where he stood.
In the next instant, Feedback appeared right beside Vulkanus.
Terrifying electrical energy gathered in his palm. He threw a single punch, sending Vulkanus flying sideways.
Boom!
A rusted, broken excavator was crushed to pieces, its wreckage burying Vulkanus completely.
"That power is terrifying!" Tini's mouth fell open, her heart unable to calm down.
Synaptek stood frozen. "What… what just happened?"
That Feedback looked so slim, yet he could unleash such monstrous strength.
"So cool! Feedback is awesome!" Ben's eyes sparkled with pure admiration.
Just in terms of raw defense, Vulkanus was no weaker than Four Arms.
And yet he'd been blasted away by a single punch from Feedback!
Ultimo lay on his side on the ground, having witnessed everything. "So strong… I've never seen an alien this powerful."
Thanks to Synaptek's treatment, the excess sugar inside Ultimo's body was steadily being purged.
It wouldn't be long before he fully recovered.
At that moment, Feedback shifted his gaze to SixSix.
"&%¥##$!" SixSix let out a hoarse sound, more like a monster's growl than a voice.
Jets on his backpack flared as he sped across the iron mine overhead.
He raised his wrist and fired a blood-red energy wheel. It tore through the air, slicing forward at terrifying speed.
Feedback remained calm and casual, catching the razor-sharp wheel with one hand.
Krrrk! Krrrk!
The high-speed spinning energy disc screeched violently under Feedback's grip.
Feedback grinned. "Laser-based? Then I won't hold back."
The plugs on his fingers lit up, beginning to absorb energy.
The crimson wheel visibly shrank.
In just a few seconds, it vanished completely.
A surge of energy flowed into Feedback's body, refined electricity converted from the light wheel itself.
"Whew, that felt great." Feedback let out a satisfied breath, then looked up at SixSix with a grin. "Not bad. Got any more?"
SixSix's helmet hid his expression, but his trembling body said everything.
The attack he had unleashed with so much effort hadn't even scratched his opponent. Worse, it had been absorbed and turned into the enemy's fuel.
"…%¥#@~!" SixSix raged.
He refused to believe that this kind of energy absorption had no limit.
With that thought, SixSix went all out.
Dual pistols blazing, he unleashed a torrential barrage of laser shots. Dense and relentless, they merged into a terrifying wave of energy that swallowed Feedback completely.
Not only that, pale tentacles extended from SixSix's shoulders.
He hurled grenades downward like they were worthless, dumping them all at once.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The entire iron mine shook violently. Rocks and ore tumbled down from the cliffs, the ground trembling as if the world itself were shaking.
Several massive boulders smashed through crates along the way and came crashing toward the group.
Tini let out a roar, slamming all four hands together.
A powerful shockwave burst out, shattering two of the boulders midair.
But three enormous rocks continued to fall.
Their path led straight toward the weakened Ultimo.
Synaptek activated his psychic power, trying to stop them all.
But the boulders were simply too massive. Even for him, the weight was overwhelming. He could only slow their descent.
Three terrifying boulders continued sinking downward.
Tini spun around and rushed forward.
But Ben was faster.
The instant the rocks began rolling down, he had already transformed into Diamondhead.
"Let me handle this!"
Diamondhead crouched down and slapped both hands onto the ground.
A jade-green crystalline ridge burst up from beneath the earth, its razor peaks thrusting skyward. It smashed through the falling boulders with sheer, crushing force.
Rock shards and choking dust rained down, scattering in every direction.
"Ben, you were amazing!"
Tini's face lit up. She ran over to Diamondhead and threw her arms around him in a tight hug.
"Aw man, now I kinda regret stepping in…" Diamondhead joked.
Synaptek released a shockwave that blasted the dust off him. "Don't celebrate too early. That Feedback might've already lost to SixSix."
"Quit talking nonsense!" Diamondhead shot back. "Just wait and see. Feedback's going to win."
On the battlefield, the spot where Feedback had been standing was now nothing but rubble.
The soil was scorched black, sending up thin wisps of white smoke.
Dust hung heavy in the air, making it impossible to see what was happening inside.
"Hahahaha!"
SixSix's shrill laughter rang out, like it was declaring victory.
Kzzzt!
A streak of blue-white lightning suddenly tore up through the haze from below, striking SixSix's backpack with brutal force.
The backpack exploded instantly, flames and sparks spraying everywhere.
With its power engine gone, SixSix dropped like a bird with its wings cut, whistling as it slammed down hard.
Feedback's entire body crackled with electricity, popping and snapping as his power surged to a terrifying level.
Every bit of that earlier barrage had been absorbed, not a trace wasted.
Then a massive figure shot up into the sky.
Vulkanus grabbed SixSix in a bear hug and came crashing down onto the sandy ground with a thunderous impact.
"We need to go. That thing's too strong. We're not its match," Vulkanus said, fear plain on his face.
"%¥#@." SixSix nodded.
"Where do you think you're going?"
Feedback's voice suddenly sounded behind them.
Vulkanus and SixSix went stiff.
When did that terrifying guy get there…?
"Rrrah! Die!"
Vulkanus roared, clenching his iron fist. He threw everything he had into a vicious punch at Feedback, the force kicking up a savage gale.
Feedback didn't even bother dodging. He simply punched back.
Bang!
Their fists collided.
The difference in size was ridiculous, but the result shocked everyone.
The instant they met, Vulkanus felt a crushing force surge up his arm.
A split second later, he was launched backward at incredible speed, his mind going blank.
By the time Vulkanus came to, he'd already rolled to a stop right in front of Tini.
Tini gave him a warm, almost gentle smile, then promptly tied him up tight, wrapping him from head to toe.
On the other side, Feedback stayed calm as he walked toward SixSix, step by step.
SixSix let out a howl and fired a purple laser from his chest.
Feedback casually flicked out a bolt of electricity that shattered the beam instantly, and the remaining force slammed SixSix to the ground.
Clang!
A clear glass vial rolled off SixSix's body.
Inside was a purple crystal, glittering with brilliant light.
"So this is Element X…"
Feedback spoke softly, then lifted his foot and stomped down, crushing Element X to pieces.
[Successfully destroyed Element X. Obtained a random Hero Chest]
[Successfully defeated SixSix and Vulkanus. Electric power increased by 20%]
"Not a bad boost." Feedback smiled faintly.
He raised his palm, aiming at SixSix.
Beep-beep!
The Omnitrix on his chest suddenly flashed, and he reverted back to Lucian.
Just then, Ultimo arrived.
He had already recovered. In a couple of quick moves, he tied SixSix up and bound him together with Vulkanus to await judgment.
"Excellent work, Lucian. This time, we were able to take the criminals down in one sweep because of you," Ultimo said solemnly.
Synaptek floated over. Even though he clearly didn't like it, he still lowered his head. "Sorry. I take back what I said earlier. I shouldn't have questioned your strength."
It was Ultimo's order: apologize to Lucian.
Tini hovered around Lucian like an overexcited fangirl. "Wow, you're seriously incredible! Will you be my partner?"
Lucian's mouth twitched. He still wanted to live, so he rejected her immediately.
"Alright. The mission on Earth is complete. Now we're heading to another galaxy to apprehend more criminals." Ultimo paused, then continued, "Lucian, Ben, you both performed exceptionally well. I'm formally inviting you to extend your assignment. Are you willing to join us for the next mission?"
The trio watched with eager eyes, all of them looking straight at Lucian.
"I… I'll pass. Another galaxy is too far, and I'd rather spend more time with my family," Lucian said, politely declining.
"That's a shame." Seeing how firm Lucian was, Ultimo didn't push.
"And you, Ben?" Ultimo asked.
"I'm not going either. Wherever my Cuz goes, I go," Ben said with a grin.
No joke, another galaxy didn't have Sumo Slammers, and it definitely didn't have Sumo Slammers chips and chocolate bars. He wasn't interested.
"Then we'll meet again when fate allows." Ultimo laughed openly. "Once we're back on the ship, I'll teleport Max and Gwen here."
"What about SixSix and Vulkanus?" Ben asked.
"We'll take them to the Galactic Enforcers' prison and keep them under strict guard," Synaptek replied. "We won't let them escape so easily again."
"Bye-bye, Lucian." Tini tossed him a flirtatious look.
Lucian gave an awkward smile and didn't say anything.
Whoosh, whoosh!
Several streaks of light shot up into the sky, and the Galactic Enforcers vanished into the vast horizon.
Not long after, Grandpa Max and Gwen were teleported back, reuniting with Lucian and the others.
After a brief round of greetings, everyone climbed back into the Rustbucket and set off on the next leg of their journey…
