The air cannon blast tore through the street like the wrath of god.
The shockwave hit the outer perimeter, ripping up pavements, demolishing storefronts, flipping cars like toys. The pressure wave rolled outward, windows exploding for blocks, cars destroyed and buildings toppling over.
About a dozen officers were caught in the initial blast, their bodies ragdolling through the air before slamming into walls hard enough to leave cracks. A hero with a mutant buffalo quirk had barely turned around when he was crushed under the weight of a falling building.
The destruction carved a straight line toward the bar where the League of Villains sat in restraints.
BOOM!
Dust and debris flew in all possible directions. The rumble spread through all of Kamino, followed by a dust cloud so vast flying high for all to see. "Oh my god."
The sound startled families awake from their homes kilometers away.
The lights turned on instantly across hundreds of families and buildings.
"What the hell?"
"What's going on?"
"Did you hear that?"
"WAHHHHH!"
"FUCK! WHO WOKE THE BABY!"
Everyone rushed to the windows, heads snapping to the direction the boom came from only to have their eyes widen in disbelief.
"Holy shit!" A man exclaimed in his pajamas. "What in heaven's name is that?"
"Is anyone else seeing this?"
"Villain attack."
"Quick! Someone call the authorities!"
In the Yokohama Command Center, Tsukauchi's screen didn't turned dark instantly. Showing nothing but a wall of gray dust, then a static "NO SIGNAL" that screamed louder than any alarm. The drone had been atomized.
"What the hell just happened!" Tsukauchi shot to his feet.
"No clue detective."
"Endeavor? Best Jeanist? Report!" Tsukauchi shouted, his voice cracking.
Only the sound of howling wind and the distant, muffled rumble of destruction came through the open channels.
"Report! Someone give me a visual!" Tsukauchi's voice cracked, the sound of static from the comms-line acting as a jagged knife in the room.
"We... we lost everything in Sector 4, Detective!" a tech officer shouted, fingers flying across a keyboard. "Feedback loops everywhere. Thermal sensors are peaking... it's like a volcanic eruption just happened in the middle of Kirin Street!"
Tsukauchi grabbed the edge of the console, his knuckles white. He didn't need a sensor to tell him what his gut already knew.
"Get the satellite feed up! Now!"

[KAMINO WARD – FIFTH AND KIRIN STREET]
The dust was a thick, suffocating curtain of gray and white. Rubble continued to fall everywhere bringing along with it the sounds of destruction.
For a long, agonizing minute, there was no sound but the hiss of ruptured gas lines and the clatter of falling pebbles. Then a low thumping began. It was the sound of heavy boots.
A hand, wreathed in orange flames, punched through a slab of drywall.
Endeavor crawled out of the wreckage of the bar, his suit marred with dust and coughed.
"Damn. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?" His eyes darted left and right. "Jeanist... Orca... report..."
BANG!
A massive fist punched through concrete nearby. Gang Orca emerged from the rubble, his orca-like features covered in dust and cuts.
"Still... operational," he grunted, shaking debris from his shoulders. "But that blast .... what was that?"
"I don't know," Endeavor growled.
Further down the street, Mt. Lady stood at her full giant size, towering over the destruction. Her costume was shredded, blood running down her arms from dozens of cuts.
Unlike other heroes, her quirk didn't grant much extra durability. Luckily, she was already grown to maximum height the moment the blast hit, using her body as a shield.
Behind her, a cluster of heroes stumbled out from the crater of her shadow—alive because she'd blocked the worst of the shockwave.
"Everyone... everyone okay?" she called down, voice shaking.
"We're alive!" Kamui Woods shouted back, helping a dazed officer to his feet. "Barely!"
Best Jeanist emerged from behind a toppled police van, his costume torn but his threads still active. The carbon fiber cables had wrapped around nearly a dozen heroes and officers, pulling them behind Mt. Lady's massive form just before impact.
"Casualty count," he said immediately, his voice steady despite the chaos. "Now."
"Team Bravo... three down!" someone called. "Need medical!"
"Perimeter team... can't reach them. No response."
"Northeast sector is just... gone. There's nothing left."
"We're getting calls from other heroes around the perimeter."
Endeavor's face darkened as his eyes scanned the devastation.
The dust began to settle, pulled down by the light rain.
As visibility returned, the scale of the massacre revealed itself.
The street was no longer a street but rather a trench. A carved-out scar running through the neighborhood, buildings collapsed on either side. The police cruisers that had been lined up so neatly five minutes ago were now twisted, unrecognizable hunks of metal. This level of power and destruction .... He had only seen in one other person.
Endeavors heart fell to the bottom of his tomach.
"Secure the prisoners!" he barked. "Don't let them ..."
"AHAHAHAHA!"
The laughter cut through the chaos.
Everyone's heads snapped toward the sound.
Shigaraki Tomura sat in the rubble where Mt. Lady had dropped him during the chaos, still in restraints, but laughing.
"You're all finished," he rasped, scratching at his neck with bound hands. "Finished! You hear me?! You thought you won? You thought you could just take us?!"
His eyes were wild, manic and gleaming with ecstasy.
"Master is here! MASTER IS HERE!"
Endeavor's flames grew brighter. "Master?" His eyes narrowed dangerously. "I see."
He turned to scan the destruction, searching for the source.
"Where is he? WHERE?!"
"Oh? So eager to meet me are you, Endeavor?" The voice caused everyone's pupils to shrink. Endeavor turned and saw him.
At the far end of the street, walking through the center of the trench, untouched by the soot, was a man in a black suit holding an umbrella in his left hand. Every hero immediately went on edge.
'Master.' 'Master.'
Tomura and Kurogiri had the same thought.
"My, my," All For One stopped fifty meters away.
He tilted his head slightly, surveying the scene with curiosity. "What a splendid collection. Japan's finest, all gathered in one convenient location."
"Master!" Shigaraki called out.
All For One took a single step forward. "I apologize for the delay, Tomura," the voice from the speaker was now terrifyingly real. "But a proper entrance is required. The heroes further out wouldn't simply let me walk through."
Endeavor stepped forward, flames blazing. "So you're the one giving orders to these criminals."
"Hmm? I am many things, Endeavor. A teacher. A collector. A... visionary, if you will." He clasped his hands behind his back. "But you may call me All For One."
The name meant nothing to most of the heroes present.
But Gran Torino, standing near the very back had features beyond grave at this point.
"It's him." His voice reached every hero present. "He's the one All Might warned about. The one responsible for the blast."
Everyone stiffened. All Might ... Was right?
"Oh .." All For One peered forward through his mask. "I see. If it isn't Shimura's friend. And here I thought you'd died of old age."
"You first. You're older after all." Gran Torino uttered much to everyone's surprise.
"Old timer? What's going on?" Endeavor roared, however Gran Torino paid him no attention. "Listen up everyone, don't hold back. This mam is extremely dangerous, capable of fighting All Might."
Everyone's faves changed drastically. Endeavor was no different.
"Don't even think about caring for his life. You do that and you'll end up killed. He has many quirks and his main one is also extremely dangerous. He can steal the quirks of others so don't even let him touch you at all."
Now that it had come to this, there was no use hiding it. Without All Might, the only one who could withstand All For One in both power and quirk, anyone else touched would have their powers stripped away. Withholding intelligence now would only get them all killed.
Everyone had their faces turn pale.
"WHAT?" Endeavor roared. "Why didn't you say anything if you knew so much?" But he was once again ignored.
"Well well, I guess the cats out of the bag." All for one raised his hand. "Though I guess my existence wouldn't stay hidden forever. But that's enough talking. Now that the introductions are done, I will be taking my student Tomura and his associates so kindly get out of the way while I verify his well being."
"Verify his well-being?" Endeavor's voice was a low growl. The heat radiating from him began to warp the air, turning the falling rain into a thick, hissing steam. "You come into my operation, slaughter my men, and think you can just walk away with the prisoners?"
"Slaughter is such a heavy word," All For One mused. "I prefer to think of it as... restructuring. Though I suppose from your perspective, the loss of life is quite 'unfortunate.'"
"Endeavor, don't!" Gran Torino shouted, but it was too late.
"JET BURN!"
A concentrated beam of high-intensity flames erupted from Endeavors palm, shooting through the air with the roar of a jet engine.
Be It due to his rage or Gran Torino's warning, he had put as much concentrated force as possible. It was a move designed to incinerate anything in its path, a strike from the man who clawed his way to the Number Two spot through sheer, brutal force. All For One didn't flinch. He simply raised a hand to release a concentrated version of his previous attack However ... In that instant, he felt his shit tighten around him. 'Huh?' The givers of his fabric locked his muscles in place, restricting his movement. Or tried to.
'Best Jeanist ..' It all happened in a split second. Seeing the incoming heat wave shooting towards him .. All For One's attack continued unabated, the interference barely serving as a fleeting distraction.
[AIR CANON + KINETIC BOOSTER ×4 + STRENGTH ENHANCER×3]
Whatever strength was behind those fibers paled in comparison to the power brought about by multiple quirks.
The Jet Burn and Air Cannon collided.
Following which, the latter pierced through the former without resistance, dissipating Endeavors attack and shooting forward unabated.
Endeavor barely had time to cross his arms when the attacked slammed into him, throwing him fifty meters through a collapsed storefront.
The wind whipped past everyone's faces. Many in shock at the number two hero being blown away so effortlessly.
"Endeavor!" Mt. Lady yelled. She didn't hesitate. At her size, a single punch carried the weight of a falling mountain. "GET BACK!"
She swung her massive fist downward, aiming to crush the man in the suit into the very bedrock of Kamino.
All For One shielded with one arm.
BANG!
With a flick of his wrist, he caught Mt. Lady's fist, a hand the size of a car, with his own palm.
The ground beneath him shattered as the shockwave of the impact sent every standing hero tumbling to their knees. The receiver of the attack in question didn't budge.
"Impressive scale. But your internal durability doesn't match your external mass. A common flaw in mutant types."
With a sudden, violent shove, he sent the giantess stumbling backward. She crashed into a five-story office building, the structure folding like cardboard under her weight.
Every hero stared in horror at the horrifying display of strength in such a casual gesture.
"Tomura, watch closely." All For One said as his feet left the ground, flying with Air walking.
"This is what happens when the 'Symbol' is absent. Today, I will show you how the world is without All Might."
