Gu Anliang ignored their back-and-forth arguments. He threw an oilcloth over his shoulders and jumped off the oxcart, completely tuning out Liu Yun's calls from behind him.
"Mother, let Anliang go," Gu Antong quickly grabbed hold of Liu Yun. "He wants to fulfill his filial duties by our father's side. You can't stop him."
