After her visit, she had specifically drawn imitation blueprints to consult her professor. Her professor had helped point out some structural flaws, which remained fresh in her memory even now.
(In reality, the blueprints of the treasure ships have long been destroyed, allegedly at the hands of Qian Long. The author has made this up for the story in hopes that these magnificent treasures might one day regain their former glory.)
If those treasure ships could follow the Lord on seven voyages to the Western Oceans, conquering these mere coastal waters would be a piece of cake.
