It did surprise Quinn a bit that his Dad thought he was making the wrong call when it came to notifying the others that they might be fathers. He thought that Quinn should tell them before then, or at the very least let them know that he had something important that he needed to discuss with them.
Quinn thought that was a little too much. He didn't want to worry them, and he didn't want to make them panic. His Dad argued that they should be panicking. This was something to panic about. Phoebe was ready to support anything that Quinn did, and declared that as the resident alpha, she had that right.
Everyone ignored that part.
His Mom was there to support whatever Quinn decided, but he did find himself eventually being manipulated, or strongly motivated into messaging Leo and asking how he was doing.
