It had been two days since Rael had woken up and claimed his rewards, but he still dared not delve too deeply into the Runic Passages. Because they were incredibly complex compared to the Hephaestonian scrolls, yet he had managed to pick out some basic runes that could be put together to form useful inscriptions and arrays.
With the most notable among the few he had deciphered from the passages was a blazing rune.
Well, it was more of an inscription in itself, and what made him giddy about it was its enhancement to battle weapons. He hadn't had the time to test it out yet, as he'd been focused on the construction of his territory and completing the Tier 1 quest.
This was why both he and Xaphxan were pacing through the woods in search of another resource point.
"It's weird," Xaphxan muttered as he cut down bushes in his way with his short machete.
