Kenneth tried not to think about how insane that statement sounded and how ludicrous the sight of watching an over six-foot-tall man placing his duffel on his bed like it was the most precious item in his possession before trudging down the stairs to the kitchen.
Yet, a knot of unease tightened in his stomach.
