Then they left. On their way out, Mr. Vaylor said, "The boss of the station owes me a personal favour. I don't know if asking him for this will be possible."

Then she sighed. The next day, Seraphina was able to leave the station, but she was handcuffed and followed by three police officers in case she would act funny.
When they got to the front of Ariella's tomb, the police left to give her space, but the angle they stood at made them able to see her clearly. In case she tried anything funny, she would be shot.
