Yamcha: I heard some backup is in order. *Yamcha said as he and three others appeared out of nowhere.*

Gohan: *Gohan couldn't help a small smile as Tien, Krillin, and Piccolo also appeared.* Guys... you have no idea how good it is to see you all.

Goku: *Goku didn't take his eyes off the cocoon as he filled his friends in on the situation.* Goten and that Melody girl, from the tournament, triggered the Primal Pull and started transforming together.
Yamcha: *Yamcha's jaw dropped.* Primal what now?
Krillin: *Krillin shook his head in disbelief.* A girl...?
Tien: *Tien raised an eyebrow in skepticism.* You mean to tell me a half-saiyan and a girl just accidentally triggered an ancient cosmic phenomenon?
Vegeta: Finally someone who gets it! *Vegeta mentally threw his hand up into the air.*
Piccolo: *Piccolo's expression darkened.* So basically, the two triggered an instinctual transformation beyond what we even knew was possible and are now in the process of merging into a new, unstable form that could level the planet if it goes wrong... Am I understanding the situation correctly?
Goku: No, not merging into one, but stronger versions of themselves. Their completing a fusion, an ability called Ultra Pride. Once the connection is complete they will be stronger than Vegeta, Broly and myself combined. *Goku cleared the air.*
Yamcha: *Yamcha's face twisted in confusion.* Wait, they're making an even stronger fusion than you guys?
Piccolo: *Piccolo clenched his jaw.* That sounds impossible.
Krillin: *Krillin crossed his arms, shaking his head.* I don't understand... why do something so dangerous?
