Ever since that crying incident, Arthur decided to spend less time working past Eugene's bedtime.
Even if he did, he always made sure to give his husband a lot of goodnight kisses and stayed until Eugene had fallen asleep before returning to his studio. He then would return before midnight, which was usually Eugene's first time waking up, and kept his pheromone enveloping his three babies until Eugene fully woke up in the morning.
Honestly, after getting his reassurance, Eugene didn't really need the alpha to do that much. But who could resist being pampered with that much affection by your own bonded mate?
Eugene certainly couldn't.
In return, Arthur almost disappeared during the day. There were times when he locked himself up in his studio, and then times when he had to go out to record live sessions, including a whole orchestra. In the end, he had to let Olivia and Ian do the cooking because Eugene couldn't stand seeing the alpha cook with earphones attached.
