"Huh..." Arthur frowned; he didn't exactly know how he should react to this piece of information he got right before dinner. "So...you finally made your judgment?"
"Well..." Eugene hugged a pillow as he leaned back against the bed's headrest. "It's annoying, but...Ivan couldn't possibly lie to me, could he?"
Actually, before he even asked all of those questions to his dad, Eugene had been employing his private investigator friend Ivan to look for information regarding the twins and watched over them for a while to see whether they really changed or not. It wasn't an intense mission, just some background check and biweekly report to see whether they were still acting like a pair of jerks.
