Seeing that Ash clearly wasn't being too over the top by the "painting," Morgana eased her shock.
"It would look better if you had a statue of me, don't you think?" she said, glancing around at the beautiful figures of the women.
"And… why are there so many statues of women?"
"Those are our sisters, obviously," Katherine replied with a laugh.
"Master has twenty‑eight wives—four of them being us Valkyries," Sylvie said with a teasing wink at Morgana.
Morgana froze in shock.
Twenty‑eight? She'd expected maybe a few, not an entire little empire.
"More like thirty‑three if you count the ones who don't even know they're already his," Elysia chimed in, suddenly at his side.
Ash chuckled and brushed it off like it was nothing—because it really was. He simply enjoyed the company of women, plain and simple.
"Alright, let's focus and put on a good show," he said, pulling everyone's attention.
"These Eldritch, they will revive within ten seconds of dying, so stay sharp."
