Ash smiled as he put an arm around Xeros, pulling his son in with pure casualness—like he'd done it a thousand times before, even though this was the first.
He then looked to his wives, golden eyes warm and amused.
"Well, I'm sure you've heard something about me," he said casually, easing the atmosphere like it was the most natural thing in the world.
"I'm the father of Xeros… and the daddy of everyone behind me."
The room let out a collective breath—some giggles, some fond eye-rolls, a few knowing smirks. The tension that had been coiling in Xeros' wives finally cracked.
