Ash smiled, his reddish-purple eyes warm as he looked at Clara.
"I missed you too," he murmured, his voice low and intimate. He reached up and gently tapped the tip of her nose with his finger, a playful yet affectionate gesture.
"You should spend more time with me instead of creating prophecies around Pantheos all the time."
Clara's cheeks flushed a soft pink.
She hadn't been hiding her activities, but she had always assumed he was occupied with her mothers.
She looked up at him with a small, sheepish smile, her purple eyes sparkling with a mix of embarrassment and warmth.
"Maybe you should just come make prophecies with me instead," she replied, her voice soft but carrying a teasing lilt.
"Then I wouldn't have to do it alone."
Ash's smile broadened, a soft chuckle slipping past his lips.
"Not a bad idea," he said, his voice warm and sincere.
