Patting Reed on the shoulder, Aaron motioned for Susan to follow him out.
"In the future, you can follow Dr. Helen for genetic research."
"Once you're familiar with your work, I can authorize you to lead a team independently and preside over a project."
Susan said, "I'm afraid my abilities aren't enough..."
"I believe in you."
Aaron turned around, his gaze burning as he looked at Susan, his aggressive eyes making her feel quite flustered.
"You are a very capable girl, I think highly of you."
Susan was shy upon hearing this. She didn't expect her idol to value her so much.
"Don't move."
Aaron saw something and took a step forward.
Susan nervously leaned against the wall, looking up slightly at Aaron as he slowly approached.
A strong scent of hormones filled her nostrils, deeply penetrating her soul.
Susan felt a little disoriented and infatuated.
Aaron leaned down slightly, looking at her neck. "You have some dirt here."
Susan nodded vaguely, no longer able to hear what Aaron was saying.
Seeing this, Aaron simply leaned in and kissed her.
Susan did not resist, even beginning to respond awkwardly.
She seemed to hear the sound of a door opening but the two paid no attention.
Reed and the other two stared blankly at Susan, who was pinned against the wall and at the hands wrapped around Aaron's neck.
Reed felt as if the sky had fallen.
Johnny, on the other hand, punched the air, thinking, 'Good job, sis.'
Ben looked at Aaron and pulled the zombie-like Reed back to the reception room. "Perhaps you should calm down."
Reed nodded blankly.
Memories of the past flashed through his mind. He and Victor had both pursued Susan without success, yet Susan had given herself to Aaron the first time they met.
This... this was too unfair.
But he couldn't say anything.
Susan had the right to choose her partner.
Not to mention, Aaron was, in some ways, his boss.
Thinking of this, his heart grew even more bitter.
After an unknown wait, Reed and the other two came out again. But Susan and Aaron were nowhere to be seen.
Reed quickly ran to ask Norman and was relieved to learn that Aaron had taken Susan to the genetic experimentation department. At least they hadn't gone any further.
Besides, this was the company.
No matter how crazy, they wouldn't mess around, right?
Reed comforted himself this way.
However, he didn't know that just one floor below him, Aaron was guiding Susan on how to ride.
"No... I can't anymore."
"Oh my goodness, this is absolutely insane, you're like a tireless machine, oh~"
Later, Susan fell asleep, exhausted.
Aaron, still full of energy, turned and went to find Helen.
He told her about Susan's arrangement.
Helen gave Aaron a glare after hearing it. "Next time you come, remember to take a shower. You have her scent on you."
Wu Jiaqi, who was assisting, covered her mouth and chuckled.
Aaron raised an eyebrow. "Oh, it seems you haven't been disciplined for three days, daring to mock your boss."
Wu Jiaqi immediately ran behind Helen to hide.
Helen was tinkering with her Regeneration Cradle. Aaron glanced at it, then raised his hand and transmitted some Cybertronian technology into her mind.
"This is..."
Helen's eyes widened. "The technology from Arcee and her sisters' homeworld?"
Aaron nodded. "These technologies should help you accelerate your Regeneration Cradle research. Susan's abilities are good, she should be able to assist you."
Helen gave him a happy kiss upon hearing this.
Before Aaron could make a move, she eagerly rushed to the computer and began a new round of calculations.
Seeing Helen immersed in research again, Aaron was about to speak when a message from Peni came to his mind.
"Aaron, are you there? Someone named Spider-Zero invited me to join something called the Wev-Warriors."
"She said there's a spacetime crisis in a Universe that needs more Spider-Men to help repair spacetime."
Spider-Zero?
Hearing this unfamiliar name, Aaron fell into thought.
It seems... the Spider-Society doesn't have Spider-Zero?
Looking across the Spider-Man worlds, the only one named Spider-Zero seems to be... from that world.
Spider-Zero from Marvel Rivals.
Moreover, Spider-Zero's mentor is the Master Weaver.
If it was as he thought, then the so-called Web of Life and Destiny should be real.
Aaron asked Peni for more information about Spider-Zero.
"She said the world we are about to save is called the 2099 Universe."
The 2099 Universe?
Aaron subconsciously thought of Spider-Man 2099 Miguel. However, after a second thought, he overturned this guess.
Although Miguel is also called Spider-Man 2099 and lives in 2099, he is actually located on Earth-928.
The 2099 Universe mentioned by Spider-Zero is another future world in Marvel Showdown.
If he wasn't mistaken, the current 2099 Universe was caught in a major spacetime crisis event.
Everything originated from two Dr. Dooms from another 2024 timeline Universe and the 2099 timeline Universe, who simultaneously researched time power, attempting to control the world's power by controlling time.
This experiment concerning time caused multiple Universes to collide and fuse in the entanglement of time streams, giving rise to a new world crisis.
In addition to the 2024 and 2099 Universes, other Universes were also severely affected.
During the experiment, Dr. Doom from both worlds discovered that their counterparts from the other Universe were obstructing them. They each considered the other a fool and devised a plan to set things right, thereby controlling the power of time.
Before Aaron's transmigration, he didn't know much about the Marvel Rivals. He only knew a part of the plot.
However, these Universes seemed to contain many good things.
Such as Chronovium generated by the entanglement of time streams, and the Darkhold and Book of Vishanti located in the Sanctum Sanctorum.
Besides these, there were also some interesting people.
Aaron was very interested.
"Peni, agree to him. Once you arrive in the 2099 Universe, notify me immediately."
Peni heard this and immediately spoke with Spider-Zero.
Aaron, through the Shadowman, saw the so-called Spider-Zero.
Spider-Zero was a black woman, somewhat resembling Miguel's assistant Jessica Drew, or perhaps they were parallel Universe counterparts.
Behind her, there was a Rock Mohawk Spider-Man who had appeared in the Spider-Verse, and another Peter Parker.
Soon, Spider-Zero used some kind of spacetime device, taking Peni and the others to travel through spacetime, arriving in an unfamiliar Universe.
"This is the 2099 Universe. Since the spacetime stream entanglement erupted some time ago, the Web of Life and Destiny has suffered massive damage."
"Now, we need to find a way to deal with this, in our own way."
Spider-Zero was about to tell them her idea. However, an unfamiliar man suddenly stepped out of spacetime.
Spider-Zero was stunned. "Who are you?"
"Just a passing God." Aaron said indifferently.
Peni excitedly ran to Aaron's side. "Aaron!"
Seeing this, Spider-Zero immediately understood that this man named Aaron was brought here by Peni.
"You're also Spider-Man?" Spider-Zero looked at the man who was surveying his surroundings.
Aaron shook his head. "I'm not. You don't need to mind me, I'm just here to look around casually."
Spider-Zero's face darkened.
Just looking around casually?
"Aaron, right? Although I don't know who you are, the situation in this Universe is very bad."
"If possible, you'd best help us fix the network here, otherwise this world might be destroyed by spacetime."
"Aren't you all working on it? Keep it up, I have faith in you."
Aaron waved his hand, about to leave.
Suddenly, he remembered something. "Where is the Master Weaver?"
Spider-Zero's face was full of vigilance. "What do you want with that guy?"
