"Don't you have a long day ahead of you?" Gianna moaned softly as Noah trailed burning kisses down the sensitive skin of her neck.
He was breathing hoarsely behind her, his hands tightening around her waist, holding her flush against his frame.
"And someone might come in and see…" she added, forcing the words out with great effort as his hands grew dangerously creative, sliding upward to reach for her breasts.
Noah let out a low, dismissive growl against her skin. "No one in this building would dare interrupt me without knocking."
Gianna forced out a breathless chuckle. "I did."
He laughed at that, a rich, vibrating sound against her back, but he didn't quit. His fingers continued their predatory advance.
Gianna pouted dramatically, shifting her weight. "I actually have work to do today, Noah, even if you don't. Didn't you see the surprise release from the Whitman Group this morning? Zane's new design?"
The name acted like a bucket of ice water.
