"I did it!" Azul ran over from the distance with Luan beside him, carrying a bowl made of clay in his hands. "I managed to make the mind-calming medicine!"
It had taken him more than an hour and several failed attempts before he finally succeeded. But the moment Roxanna looked at the medicine, she could tell all of his hard work had paid off. It looked almost exactly like the one described in the recipe.
"Here, make him drink it now!" Azul quickly handed the bowl to Roxanna, clearly eager for Cyrus to take the medicine as soon as possible.
At that moment, Cyrus had accidentally fallen asleep in Roxanna's arms. He looked peaceful for the first time in a while, and honestly, she didn't want to wake him up, but she had no choice.
"Cyrus," she called softly while gently patting his cheek. "Can you wake up for a moment? I want to give you something that can calm your mind."
