Roxanna slowly nodded as she turned the obsidian stone over in her hand. The more she looked at it, the stranger she felt.
[Could someone from Luan's old tribe really be nearby?]
She had heard enough about Luan's past to know that his tribe had been destroyed after a Void suddenly appeared.
Luan had lost almost everyone because of it, which was exactly why he had been so tense ever since they realized another Void might appear near the Vixeria Settlement.
However, if someone from his tribe had survived, why had they never tried to find Luan before?
More importantly, why would their stone suddenly appear along the same path Luan had taken last night?
Roxanna was still thinking about it when the door of the hut suddenly opened behind her.
She immediately turned around and saw Luan stepped outside while rubbing his eyes. His hair was messy from sleep, and one side of his face still had a faint mark from the pillow.
