Right upon speaking up to here, Veronica took out another bottle of pill, then poured the 2 pills that were contained within the bottle onto her left palm.
Looking at the 2 pills… These 2 pills were basically the same as the 2 pills that she had just took out a while ago.
As Veronica tossed the pill that had the subsidiary bug contained within it into the sky, Veronica picked up the pill that had the main bug contained within it with her right thumb and index finger, then squashed the pill, effectively killing the main bug.
