However, Ash had already used a large amount of Aura earlier in the day with Eternatus. Transferring more energy now put an immense strain on his body.
Idiot! Stop channeling your Aura, or it will endanger your life! Eternatus's voice echoed urgently in Ash's mind. He could sense that Ash's energy output was at its absolute limit. If he continued, he would be draining his own life force!
"Just... a little... more... Almost... done..." Ash stammered out. His vision began to blur, and under everyone's worried gazes, his hands slipped off Suicune as he collapsed onto the ground!
