The Governor had banked on two things, one, that the number of people that were here would be enough to stop Aren, and that was honestly a good idea, the second was that Aren would not kill all these people, no human wanted that amount of blood on their hands, even Aren.
Lucy, who had finished clearing up the inside of the house, walked out the front door, she held two of the Governor's men in her hands as she walked out, tossing them to the side the moment she was out, she looked at Aren and the situation that he was in and then immediately walked to his side to help.
"The two of you might be strong, but against this number, there is no need for you to try." The Governor said.
"He is throwing your lives away, come at me and you'll die," Aren said, making sure that they heard him and knew the risk of what they wanted to do, if they all wanted to throw away their lives then that was totally fine, but he would at least give them a warning first.
