Terrible news.
You've probably noticed that chapters have been coming out much less frequently, and there's only one reason for that. I've lost my motivation to write; the ideas that used to flow freely have dried up, and now when I sit down to write, I just sit there for 30 minutes and then simply shut down my computer.
I spent ten days writing the last chapter, and it shows, since there are some obvious inconsistencies. And the worst part is that I finished that chapter over twenty-two days ago. I usually keep six chapters in reserve, but... what I've posted now is the last one.
I really want to finish it because the relationship between Caera and Lucius was about to start developing, but the words just aren't coming, so I'm going to take a break for a while.
In fact, in almost three weeks, I've written only one chapter and can't write another, and I feel terrible about it because I've been in a situation myself where a fanfic I supported and waited for suddenly ended without a continuation at the most crucial moment.
I'm sorry, I'm taking a break for a month and will try to write at least ten more chapters.
