The human soldiers were completely at these nimble flying squirrels' mercy as their trusty bayonets were taken away. They pulled their short swords, but Jeanne, who had been flying above these soldiers for a while, instructed, "Back off! Our job is done!"
With one order, all the flying squirrel beastmen flew away before any of the soldiers could injure them with their short swords. The human general felt so helpless that all he could do was stare at the towering elephant beastman, waiting for him to strike that giant mace and create another fissure.
But he didn't.
He simply stood strong, protecting the main gate. Then, a beautiful woman suddenly jumped so high that she leaped across the elephant's head and then commanded her people.
"MY KIN, SLAUGHTER THEM ALL!"
What came next was an absolute nightmare, because a horde of cheetah beastmen rushed through the gate and shifted into their cheetah form mid-sprint before lunging at each soldier one by one.
