But even though the method look simple on the surface, it actually quite difficult to used on oneself, not to mention the need of some Pain Reliving pills to not make the injured person die from the agonizing pain that came with the process .

Just as I was about to answer, a pained cry sounded from behind us, that cry forced us to focus on the matter here first before discussing anything else, I asked him to teach me the incantation already and even though he still paused slightly, he did give it to me at last, the incantation was :

With every word he said an ancient text would directly appeared in the void and then sink in my mind and like the messages from the Panel, it would appear directly in my mind then after a while it would dissaper, but I can tell that there was a strange and vast power in these words he just said and I'm clear that every piece of that incantation was absorbed and digested by me .
