Chu Cheng's question didn't catch me off guard since I was able to understand why he was so surprised at me not being already dead, if not for the Panel I wouldn't have risked getting the poison into my body just now, but he didn't need to know about this .
In fact I was the one who was shocked at seeing that he was the one responsible for all this, Gu Yi's words made me understand that the two were accomplices, but I just can't wrap my mind around what exactly were the two of them trying to achieve .
Gu Yi might want to take revenge on me and maybe he wanted to get his hands on the treasure that I confirmed to be in my possession earlier, but what exactly should be Chu Cheng's motive behind doing all this .

I didn't know what exactly was this Middle-aged man was talking about, but I understood that he seem to be thinking that he was wronged by Chu Jian's father and grandfather perhaps, I was thinking that he called him uncle for the sake of face value, but it seem that they were actually relatives .
Chu Jian seemed to be unable to comprehend what the man was talking about, he still tried to interrogate him a bit more, but just as he was about to ask, another person entered the tent, a green venomous looking eyes came into our point of view, the person who came was a cloaked figure, but I had already recognized him simply by hearing his voice before .
" So, you two Bone Forging Realm experts had agreed to work together for the sake of getting that treasure in my hands, the malicious gaze I felt before should belong to you Gu Yi, right? .
At my words, the cloaked figure snickered and then removed the cloak on him, there he was standing there looking at us with a cold glare and a sneer, then he said :
So you should accept your fate and surrender, if you did, you might get to be buried in one piece, but if you don't, hehehe, I might have to dismember you, what do you say ? .
Chu Jian didn't expect that Gu Yi and Chu Cheng were working together, so with a blaming tone he turned his head towards his uncle and said :
You collaborated with Gu Yi and the City's Lord Mansion for the sake of taking us down, do you really think that you would have anyplace for you in the the Villa after this .
After Chu Cheng heard this, he laughed quite coldly then said :
Why do you think, no one had came to your rescue all this time, I will tell you, because other than the personal guards you have with you, every other person in this camp had already been bought by me, so tell me who would be relaying a word of what happened here .
Chu Jian looked at the ground and the guards bodies on the floor were now releasing blood from all their orifices, they had already died, but this was the poison taking effect, it was capable of destroying Internal Organs and severing meridians, but they were already dead, so they thankfully hadn't felt anything,but seeing them like this, made Chu Jian's heart ache and his anger to rise, so much that he said coldly :
So, do you actually think that after dealing with us here, you would be able to live happily after that, my father would turn this city upside-down to find you .
Gu Yi :
Hahaha, your father wouldn't be able to do a thing and who said anything about killing you ? .
Chu Cheng :
Chu Jian, today's isn't your death, I still intent on keeping you alive to have something I can bargain with your father to make him hand over the Protective Array Seal .

As Gu Yi was about to erupt with anger and attack me, Chu Cheng stopped him and the two kept going back and forth with their own discussion and they finally gave me a chance to speak out my mind, I couldn't help but exchange a look with Chu Jian and the latter was quite perceptive of what my look seemed to be saying .
His expression eased up a little and his face become quite silly to look at as he watched the two talking with one another, we were both looking at them with ridicule and silliness as if we were looking at two stupid people .
What in the world were they thinking while saying all this, was they thinking that I'm just a baby that they could trust them to do as they promised and even when the two of them seemed to have been shown their true colors, did they expect me to just accept whatever come from their mouths, how absurd .
Noticing the ridicule look in our eyes which we were given them, their expressions darkened quite a bit and Chu Cheng still gave me 10 seconds to make up my mind, I couldn't help but wonder why was he acting like this, but since I had already made up my mind, I said :
" Well, I guess that I would be better off not to listen to anything that came out of your snake like mouths, I want to see how powerful are the Bone Forging experts are ? .

" Between the two of them, who was the stronger ? .
If I'm not wrong, that would be Chu Cheng, he had reached the 6th layer of Bone Forging, while Gu Yi is rumored to be in the 3rd Layer ? .
" Well then, I will take Chu Cheng, you take Gu Yi ? .
The two guys who were about to attack stood there and were a bit dazzled at what was happening in front of them, seeing the look on their faces, I began to feel that this fight won't be an eazy one, no matter which opponent we pick, but my thoughts were interrupted by Chu Jian saying :

Maybe if you were indeed a Tiger and not one made of paper, I might have taken you a bit seriously .

The spear Gu Yi had on his back seemed to be summoned and it directly appeared on his hand, Chu Jian was holding his sword already and his sword began to gather energy inside of it, then the two started their fight, but just as they were about to clash, Chu Cheng appeared like a ghost behind Chu Jian and seemed to want to catch him off guard being the one closest to him .
Urging my Secret Skills and Techniques, I gave myself a strong boost of strength and directly took off after him, he sensing the dangerous aura of Resentment energy, directly let go of his initial plan and stepped back instantly, Chu Jian lost his focus for second and that second was enough for Gu Yi to appear before and get a chance of attacking him .
But it seem that I had underestimated Chu Jian combat experience, the guy directly cut the main pole that supported the tent, instantly all the 4 of us were now standing in the open, he had thought of such a move in less than a second, he succeeded in making his enemy retreat and his and now even allowed us more room to move in .
After the tent collapsed, we were split from each other, he and Gu Yi was on the other side of the tent, while me and Chu Cheng were on the another, we no longer able to see each other, but hearing the clanking sounds of weapons clashing was very much still possible .
What's with that strange sword of yours ? .
" How about you come here and have a taste of it yourself ? .
Ha, why would I do something as stupid as that, give you one last chance, hand over the sword, the pouches on your waist, then I might let you get out of here alive .

I said this and directly went to him using Gliding Swallow and Crouching Tiger, using the two together gave me a lot of headaches, due to how many notifications would rang in my mind, but at least both methods complemented each other and gave me a huge boost in strength .
Just as I was launched like a rocket towards him, I saw something passing by me from the corner of my eyes, a shadow of a silhouette that was moving even faster than me, before my mind can comprehend what was going on, I saw a silver arc of light coming towards me and then I was directly sent flying backwards .
As if our timing was just perfect, I was suddenly implanted into a tree and on that same tree, I heard a few groans of pain and even though my body had a cut wound that went all the way to my abdomen, my vision was blurry to some extent from the pain and other injuries .
But I was still able to recognize the bloodied figure in front of me, Chu Jian had his clothes all torn up, his face had cut wounds, bruises and his body seemed to be barely hanging on, that guy seemed to have suffered quite the dire battle in such a short period of time .
Seeing me crashing into his resting place, he turned to me with much of a struggle and said :
Do you think that we will come out of here alive ? .
" I don't know, but if I were to die here, I would at least like to take a hand or two with me .
I have the same thought in mind, hah, cough, cough .
" Want me to lend you a hand ? .
No need, I had suffered more dire situations before, do you want me to lend you a hand ? .
I shook my head and even though I saw him barely managing to breath without coughing blood, I still extended my hand to him and we both helped each other up, then we heard the sounds of two people clasping, then they took turns in ridiculing how pathetic we looked like, but neither of us replied to them .
I tossed him another Azure Wood Pill, he swallowed it directly and he raised his hand towards me and seemed to imply that there was no need for me to say anything, I nodded at him and turned to face my enemy as well .
Surprisingly the arc of light just now didn't managed to hurt me that much, other than the cut wound, I felt no pain coming from where the wound was, the reason currently wasn't of any importance to me .
But I was still able to see the shocked expression on Chu Cheng's face, but I began to hear the sounds of weapons clashing again and as if it set a kind of chain reaction, I saw my opponent disappear, but unlike last time I now understood that he had an advantage over me in speed and maybe everything else as well .
The only advantage I have over him was the existence of Soul Power, Spiritual Qi and the existence of Resentment energy, using Soul Power to extend an area around me where I can locate where his attack might come would be a good solution, but if possible I wanted to keep my soul power reserve untouched for the time being .
The reason was quite simple actually, I wanted to try and finish this battle in one blow, but the Soul Power I currently have can only allow me to at most injure him and that was me being optimistic, this was because the projection was still charging after the last use, it was faint and not as gleaming as before, so for now I would not like to use my Soul Energy .
His senses seemed to be sharper than mine as well, like with the resentment energy from before, he might be able to evade getting implicated hit, the only option would be taking that battle to the air .
Just as I sensed that something was heading towards me, I used Charging Tiger to leap into the air, but then I was surprised to see a sharp energy passing by where I was and cutting everything in its path .
I first thought it was Sword Energy, but I felt that something was different, this energy in front of me was inferior to the energy released by my Senior Brother second after he woke up, I managed to evade his attack this time, but then I saw that he stood in a bit far distance from me and had a cold smile on his face as he said :
Let me see how many times can you evade .
Then a flurry of slashes arcs of light flow towards me, seeing this scene, I couldn't help but recall the scene was similar to the scene in that cave before, already desperate to try and find a way, I directly tried to use Spiritual Qi and covered my whole body with it, the attacks landed on my body and looked like a snow meeting a hot pot, they directly dissipated, but the energy wasn't absorbed this time by the force seed .
What's going on here, were you hiding your true practice realm all along .
He suddenly become so hysterical as he looked at me, I too was a bit dumbfounded at this actually working, I was still intact and not even a scratch hit me, but just as I was marveling at this sudden change, I saw a flash of light then I was directly sent flying into the closest wall and demolished it directly .
My whole body hurt, but the damage caused wasn't that grave, the Spiritual Qi didn't protected me this time for some reason, it seem that Spiritual Qi had some kind of limitation, could it be possibly weak against physical strength .
Just as I was thinking about this, a sudden danger alarming bell sounded in my mind and I saw a sword slashing at me, this time the sword was bustling with energy, energy that had dissipated on the second it made contact with my Flesh, but unlike the time with the energy blades, the strength in that swing of sword was enough to send me flying again .
This time I felt my vision go completely dark for a few seconds, before I came back to reality and saw him choking me, his eyes directly passed by my second like skin Spiritual Qi armor, then without hesitation and without even understanding what he was even saying to me, I urged the resentment energy to devour me this time .
Using the same way I used Spiritual Qi, I used Thunderclap Fist to punch him in the chest, wanting to catch him off guard, but he merely saw me flashing with purple light and that was enough for him to let go of me and create some distance between us .
But his reaction was for the first time slower than me, Thunderclap Fist had reached Perfection, all thanks to that weird dream from before, my punch seemed to land on something metallic, but I still saw that my fist which was covered by a purple energy landed on his chest, now his death should be just a matter of time .
