"Unhand me!"
Cecilia's eyes widened when she heard the familiar voice. She sat up and looked to see if she had heard right.
Alistair was now the newest prisoner in the dungeon.
It was bad enough for Cecilia that Giselle was in the dungeon, but now she would have to listen to Alistair.
'Why didn't they just kill him?' Cecilia wondered.
Alistair was better off dead, so their plans would die with him.
Cecilia looked away when her eyes met Alistair's. She didn't want anything to do with him now.
"You witch!" The insult brought Cecilia's attention back to Alistair.
Gisellle was puzzled by the outburst. She thought Alistair was referring to her as a witch until she saw him glaring at Cecilia.
Giselle smiled, excited to see someone else bring Cecilia down off her high horse. It was well deserved.
Alistair was shoved into his cell and fell after losing his footing. "Bastards!"
