"Tekkai!"
Fukuro instinctively activated Tekkai with all his strength, his body becoming like a steel ball.
CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!!!
The intensive slashes rained down on Fukuro, producing the sound of metal striking metal. Sparks flew everywhere, but they couldn't break through his full-power Tekkai defense.
Luffy's arm strained again as he hurled the shield-like Fukuro toward Kaku, who was mid-air and couldn't change direction.
BAM!
Kaku couldn't dodge in time. Fukuro was slammed solidly into him, and both screamed as they flew off together.
Luffy glanced sideways at Jabra, who was roaring as he charged forward. A trace of curiosity colored his tone: "You guys have really strange techniques. And you're not even Devil Fruit users."
It seemed the Marines had some kind of internal martial art. He kept hearing the word "Tekkai."
Jabra sneered.
"We're all masters of the Six Styles—techniques that transcend human limits!"
Tekkai, Geppo, Shigan... But in Luffy's eyes, these were no different from ordinary people.
Before his own martial arts—forged through Garp's hellish training and fused with Haki—they were laughable.
Jabra's heavy punch slammed into Luffy's blocking arm. It felt like striking rubber—the force was completely dissipated.
Luffy's fist, unabated and wrapped around Haki, drove straight into Jabra's face!
Jabra's nose collapsed. Teeth mixed with blood sprayed everywhere as his massive wolf form was blasted away, crashing through the side wall of the train car.
Just then, Kumadori's hair—dancing like a nest of venomous snakes—thrust toward Luffy with Shigan.
But Luffy's body twisted and contorted at unthinkable angles, as if boneless, evading every hair strike. Like a slippery fish, he instantly closed in on Kumadori himself.
"Shigan?"
Luffy sneered. "Let me show you my bullets."
His fist stretched, coated in jet-black Busoshoku Haku, and shot out at speeds far exceeding Kumadori's reactions.
THUD!
Like a sledgehammer, an uppercut slammed into Kumadori's jaw, lifting him off the ground.
Then, fist transforming into a blade, Luffy vertically chopped down onto Kumadori's chest. The immense force slammed him hard into the floor, leaving a clear dent.
Almost as Kumadori hit the ground, Luffy—without even looking—threw a backhand punch with no trace of chivalry, striking Kalifa in the abdomen as she attacked from behind.
"Guh!"
Kalifa cried out in pain. Her long legs buckled, and she collapsed to her knees.
"Too slow."
Luffy commented flatly. He swung his arm, grabbing Kalifa and slamming her bodily onto the floor!
CRASH!
Before she could even scream, Kalifa lost consciousness.
Luffy looked at the CP9 members sprawled haphazardly across the floor and curled his lip disdainfully.
His martial arts had gone toe-to-toe with a Marine Admiral like Aokiji!
These people before him talked about the Six Styles transcending human limits. In Luffy's view, he could imitate them with his rubber body's flexibility and strength—and even surpass them!
What's more, they hadn't even brushed against Haki.
In martial arts, abilities, and Haki—completely crushed. Taking him on in this confined train car?
A joke!
Paulie slumped in the corner, Mouth hanging open, staring at Luffy who stood like a god of war. His mind was completely blank.
This was the true strength of a 200 million Berry great pirate?
Fighting?
This was total domination!
Just then, the door to the first car slid open. Robin rushed out, her face filled with both surprise and concern: "Luffy!"
Luffy turned. Instantly, a brilliant smile bloomed on his face. The sharp, god-of-war aura from moments ago vanished without a trace:
"Yo, Robin. I've come to take you home."
Robin looked at the carnage around her and the defeated CP9 members. Shock overwhelmed her. But before she could speak, Luffy's smile suddenly vanished. His gaze sharpened as he looked ahead. His arm stretched out, wrapping around Robin's slender waist, and he quickly leaped backward.
"What's wrong?" Robin instinctively clung to Luffy's waist, looking ahead.
Ahead, at the connecting point between cars, stood Lucci—body battered but eyes even more fierce. His hands formed claws and violently crossed in front of him.
"Rankyaku: Hyōga!"
A massive blue vacuum slash, like a giant bird, howled forth. It instantly severed the connection between their car and the car ahead—and the connections to the cars behind!
It was Lucci!
"Waaahhh! I'm still over here!"
In the first car, Franky watched the CP9 members before him, his expression completely changing. "I haven't even gotten on the ship yet!"
Robin's expression shifted too. "They've separated the cars!"
She hadn't expected Lucci to be so decisive—directly sacrificing most of the cars and the soldiers and officials aboard.
"What do we do now?" Robin looked at Luffy.
"It's fine," Luffy said steadily, holding Robin securely as they stood at the edge of the gradually decelerating car. He watched the engine car accelerating ahead and grinned. "We just chase it down."
Chase it down?
Robin was surprised. "Luffy... what exactly are you planning to do?"
Luffy turned to her. His expression was more serious than ever before. Looking into Robin's , worry-filled eyes, he spoke deliberately, word by word:
"Declare war on the World Government."
Robin was completely shaken by these words. Her pupils contracted violently. She hadn't imagined Luffy would actually have such crazy and bold intentions!
Luffy's gaze was unwavering. "Since the World Government is a shackle to you—a nightmare—then I'll shatter it!"
That was simply who Luffy was.
In his eyes, nothing mattered more than nakama and meat.
Robin bit her lower lip. Her voice trembled slightly. "The terror of the World Government isn't as simple as you imagine."
The horror of the Buster Call. The destruction of Ohara. Power capable of annihilating everything.
These things were practically engraved in Robin's memory.
So Robin was afraid.
Ohara's destruction had been caused by that very thing.
An indiscriminate weapon that could target an island and grind everything on it to dust.
Ten great battleships. Five Vice Admirals. Tens of thousands of elite soldiers. Absolute military force capable of erasing an island from the map! And behind it all, an Admiral or the Fleet Admiral's orders.
But when she raised her head and met Luffy's eyes, the fear within her seemed gradually dispelled by a warm, powerful sunlight.
This hand—this man—had pulled her from the abyss of despair time and time again.
"Don't be afraid, Robin. This time, you have us."
Robin's trembling hand gradually steadied. She took a deep breath and nodded firmly. Light reignited in her eyes—a light of determination, entrusting everything to him.
"I understand."
Robin's trembling hand gradually steadied. She nodded.
"Then let's declare war on the World Government!"
