The Captain roared in fury, then swung his sword to give the order. "Artillery squad, provide covering fire! Everyone else, with me to intercept!"

Luffy leaped up, becoming the first to set foot on Enies Lobby.

One Marine finally couldn't bear it. He raised his gun at Luffy and roared: "How dare you come to Enies Lobby! You're under arrest!"

But as the dense bullets approached the Straw Hats, gusts of wind materialized from nowhere, blowing them off course and sending them splashing into the sea.
On the shore, aboard the Going Merry, Vivi extended both hands forward, her gaze focused, manipulating the airflow to form an invisible wind barrier protecting her nakama.
"Damn it! Guns are useless!"
"Cannon fire's being blocked too!"
"Fall back! Prepare for close combat!"
Seeing this, the Captain ordered a retreat, attempting to use their numbers in melee combat.
But before they could retreat, countless arms bloomed like flowers.
They sprouted from their own bodies, from their comrades, from the ground—instantly locking their throats.
"Gah!"
"What is this?!"
Robin stood at the rear, arms crossed before her, her gaze cold. "Hyakka Ryōran: Kagi Tsume."
In an instant, the front line of Marine soldiers collapsed like cut wheat, fainting in masse.
"Enies Lobby is under invasion!"
That was all the Captain could cry out before losing consciousness.
Luffy looked at the battlefield, instantly cleared of a huge swath. He grinned, letting his Haoshoku Haki seep out slightly, making the Marines farther back hesitate, their steps slowing involuntarily.
"Ready, everyone?" Luffy turned to his nakama behind him, completely ignoring the Marines.
The expressions on Sanji and Zoro's faces were eager.
"Let's begin."
"Been waiting."
Luffy raised his arm, pointing toward the towering Tower of Justice deep within Enies Lobby.
"Then let's go."
BOOM!
Crimson light flared in his eyes. In this land of eternal day, a black-red torrent erupted from Luffy, surging forward like a tidal wave toward the thousand-plus soldiers.
Instantly, the thousand bodies trembled. Weapons slipped from their hands. Their mouths hung open, eyes rolled back, and they collapsed in tangled heaps.
Hiss.
The Franky Family members sucked in cold breaths.
What was that?
They knew Luffy was strong—but this strong?
A thousand men! All knocked unconscious in an instant?
Meanwhile, inside the Tower of Justice, in some luxurious office—
"Damn it! You failed the mission and still dare to take my Devil Fruits!"
A man with light purple hair and a ridiculous appearance—Spandam—slammed his fist on the desk, shouting at the two before him.
Before him stood Kaku and Kalifa.
Each held a strangely shaped Devil Fruit—the rewards Spandam had promised earlier.
Kalifa pushed up her glasses, expressionless:
"Our mission was to secure Pluton's blueprints. Franky has been brought back—that part of the mission is complete. These two Devil Fruits are what we earned."
With that, ignoring the revolting taste, she forcibly bit into the fruit. Her face instantly turned pale, and she nearly vomited.
"Damn it, damn it! Nico Robin was the main objective!"
Spandam collapsed into his chair, his expression grim.
He had already received word that the Straw Hats had landed and were sweeping through resistance.
"The Straw Hats actually came. A bunch of no-name small-time pirates—are they really not afraid to die?"
Spandam looked at the strange Golden Den Den Mushi on his desk.

"Enies Lobby has ten thousandnd stationed troops! And with CP9 gathered in full force—isn't that enough?!"
"We've already lost to Straw Hat. Lucci says he'll stop him, but don't get your hopes up."
Kaku had eaten his Devil Fruit and now wore an expression of disgust, his tone grim. "Enies Lobby is in for real trouble this time."
Spandam sneered. "I'm not putting my hopes on you CP9 people. You don't know—there's a major figure on Enies Lobby right now."
"Besides, that's indiscriminate attack!"
Spandam gritted his teeth. "Those Vice Admirals are all so arrogant! If a Buster Call is actually activated at Enies Lobby, who's going to protect my safety?!"
There was a high chance he'd die here.
"Then why are you pressing it?"
"Huh?!"
Hearing Kaku's voice, Spandam looked down in confusion at his thumb—pressed down on the Den Den Mushi.

Spandam's eyes practically popped out. His jaw dropped to the floor!
"ARE YOU AN IDIOT?!"
But it was too late.
The Golden Den Den Mushi's eyes glowed red.
Spandam's body shook like a sieve.
It's over, it's over—people are going to die!
One small button. Determining the fate of an entire island.
Everything on this island would be obliterated.
They called it indiscriminate attack.
Enemy and ally alike—all would die.
