"Cheryl, run fast..." Sparkle suddenly awoke, sitting up in bed and gasping for air heavily.
It was a dream!
"Can't even save yourself, yet you're thinking of others." Evan pulled her up and brought the water to her lips, "Drink."
Sparkle remained unmoved, stubbornly asking, "Where's Cheryl?"
"Her uncle took her away."
Sparkle relaxed, gulping down a lot of water, her dry throat finally feeling a bit better.
"Evan, thank you for saving me. I will remember this favor and surely repay it later!"
"Why wait until later? You can repay it now." Evan said coldly, the little bit of joy from her seeking his help now completely dissipated because of her words.
"How to repay?"
"With your body."
"Shameless!" Sparkle cursed angrily.
Not seeing him for ten years, how did he become like this?
Or is this his true self, something she never knew before?
Evan looked at her coldly, the corners of his mouth full of a mocking smile, "You don't dare?"
