"Really?" Evan Saint chuckled, mercilessly exposing his son, "Who was the one covertly asking around about when she'd be back?"
"I was just afraid she'd come back to steal the remote and snacks from me!" Sean Saint said stubbornly, but his ears quietly turned red.
"Who rushed to the training hall looking furious as soon as they heard she was being bullied?"
"I just went to see how she got bullied, her not having a good time makes me happy." Sean Saint continued to be stubborn, but the redness of his ears grew.
Evan's smile deepened: "If it makes you that happy, why did you teach a lesson to the person who bullied her?"
"Wasn't it because that woman was ugly and annoying, and she dared to hug me!" Sean Saint huffed lightly, his little face tensed with displeasure when he thought about being hugged by that disgusting woman.
"Sean, liking her isn't shameful, she is your mother." Evan Saint smiled as he patted his son's head; who did this prideful nature come from?
