If he wanted something, he was sure to get it!
Linda was greatly tempted, her voice ingratiating: "That's why I'm willing to risk making him mad just to make you happy. Does that please you?"

Acting coy but pleased, Linda lightly punched him, then began to do what made him happy, without any reluctance.
