As soon as Old Mrs. Mo saw Weng Taixiang, her sister-in-law, her mood soured. Yet, upon hearing her words, she couldn't help but ask out of curiosity.
"What big money? Who's making big money?"
Seeing Old Mrs. Mo's bewildered expression, Weng Taixiang smiled knowingly, "So you really didn't know, sister-in-law? I heard that Yafen and her family opened a small restaurant in town, and business is doing quite well. The Qian family has even started building new houses."
"What..."
Old Mrs. Mo was shocked. "How is this possible?"
"Why wouldn't it be? That small restaurant is called Qian's, no less. And to think you're Yafen's mother-in-law and you didn't even know about this." Weng Taixiang raised her eyebrows, unable to hold back.
